Asbestos Demolition and Limited Site Work at 3 Vacant Residential Properties in Broome County, NY

The BCLBC is soliciting Bids from qualified interested contractors for the demolition of 3 vacant residential properties in Broome County, New York at:
3303 NYS Route 79, Harpursville, NY 13787 (Town of Colesville)
179 Main Street, Kirkwood, NY 13795 (Town of Kirkwood)
125 Nowlan Road, Binghamton, NY 13901 (Town of Fenton)

A “mandatory” pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 28th, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the offices of Delta Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors, & Landscape Architects, DPC (860 Hooper Road, Endwell, NY). The pre-bid meeting will consist of a project/contract discussion (at Delta Office) followed by onsite inspections of the project sites.

Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM, October 5th, 2021 at the Broome County Land Bank Corporation, 60 Hawley Street, 5th Floor, Binghamton, New York 13901, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.

The Broome County Land Bank Corporation ("BCLBC" or "Land Bank") is a New York not-for-profit corporation dedicated to fostering economic and community development by acquiring, holding managing, developing and marketing distressed, vacant, abandoned and underutilized properties within Broome County.

The BCLBC is soliciting Request for Proposals ("RFP") from qualified interested parties for the purchase and redevelopment of 147 and 151 Front Street, Vestal, NY 13850. Properties are being sold "as-is".
